1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tavio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Scope

Tavio is provided as a target archery training workspace for setup reference, arrow metrics, grouping review, maintenance tracking, optional AI-assisted image analysis, and related support features.

3. Intended Use

Tavio is intended for sport, training, review, experimentation, and personal improvement in target archery. It is not positioned for hunting, combat, or any activity intended to harm living beings.

4. User Materials and Responsibility

You remain responsible for the photos, setup details, notes, and other materials you import, save, or process through the service. Do not use Tavio with unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material, and make sure you have the rights needed for the content you choose to upload or edit.

5. Purchases and Credits

Some features may require an in-app purchase through Apple and the App Store. Credits are consumable virtual goods, are not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to final sale or non-refundable rules except where law requires otherwise. Review purchase details before checkout and use the restore flow when eligible.

6. AI-Assisted Features and Output Limits

Some parts of the service may rely on AI, model, or external third-party provider features, including optional shot-detection analysis of a selected target image. AI output and returned results may vary, are not guaranteed accurate, and should be reviewed before you rely on them for training decisions. You are responsible for reviewing the result and deciding how to use it. These features must not be used for identity verification, biometric profiling, face recognition, legal advice, medical decisions, or safety-critical purposes. The feature relies on a third-party provider to process the selected image when you request it.

7. Support and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If you need help with support, purchases, privacy, or service access, contact support@tavio.com.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, content accuracy, and specific results, and we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
