This Privacy Policy explains how Tavio collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the service for target archery training, setup reference, grouping review, maintenance tracking, and optional analysis credits.
We collect the information you provide directly, the media you choose to import or capture, and service records created while you use Tavio.
We use collected information to operate Tavio, save setup and maintenance records, process target-review workflows, provide optional cloud AI shot detection after you request it, process purchases, handle support requests, prevent abuse or fraud, and respond to legal obligations.
After you choose AI shot detection, Tavio presents a consent prompt before the selected target image is sent for cloud processing. We use the selected image only to estimate shot positions, return the result to the app, and support the grouping-review workflow you requested.
To complete optional AI shot detection, the selected target image may be sent to Alibaba Cloud DashScope (dashscope.aliyuncs.com) for cloud processing. The image may be handled in the provider's cloud systems during the active request, and the returned result may be kept temporarily in the app while you review it. Tavio does not use this information for identity verification, face recognition, biometric profiling, or unrelated background collection. Third-party recipients are contractually required to provide equivalent protection or the same level of protection for the data they receive.
Tavio does not keep selected target images as a separate long-term AI library on its own servers for this feature. Selected AI inputs are sent only after you request analysis for the active task. Analysis results may remain in the app while you review them as part of the current workflow. You can reset consent, remove saved records on your device, or contact support if you need help with a privacy or deletion request.
The app requests camera access only when you choose to capture a target or setup photo. The app requests photo-library access only when you choose to import a target or setup image. Microphone access is requested only when a user-initiated feature needs audio input. These permissions are tied to the workflow you chose and are not used for unrelated background collection.
If tracking permission is granted on iOS, Tavio may use it to measure install and purchase attribution, improve campaign understanding, and reconcile purchase-related service records. Tracking permission is optional and is not required to use the core training features.
Some features may require an in-app purchase through Apple and the App Store. Credits are consumable digital items, are not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to final sale or non-refundable rules except where law requires otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing purchase details before checkout and using restore options when eligible.
